The Ghana Scholarships Authority is pleased to announce a range of scholarships and training opportunities for Ghanaian Public Sector Workers under the Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA). These programmes are designed to foster international development cooperation and provide advanced skills in strategic sectors of the country.

Eligibility and Nomination Requirements

Per the official nomination procedure, please note the following:

  • Government Nomination: Prospective candidates must be nominated by their respective employing government agencies.
  • Target Groups: Public sector employees and officials working in relevant fields related to the courses offered.
  • Physical Fitness: Candidates must be in good physical and mental health.

Application Procedure

  1. Visit the links provided in the table above to select a course and download the application forms.
  2. Complete the application forms in triplicate (3 copies) and attach all required academic transcripts and certificates.
  3. Submission: Completed application documents must be submitted to the Royal Thai Embassy in Abuja, Nigeria, through the Ghana Scholarships Secretariat.

The documents can be posted to the Ghana Scholarships Authority address below or hand-delivered at the office located at North Ridge.
