As the current Registrar, Mr. Asafo‑Agyei oversees all operations of the Secretariat with a focus on transparency, decentralization, and digital transformation.
Supports the Registrar in administrative duties and ensures the smooth operation of the Secretariat's core functions.
Leads the financial planning, budgeting, and disbursement of scholarship funds with a focus on compliance and accountability.
Responsible for budget planning, allocation, and ensuring financial efficiency in all scholarship programs.
Ensures compliance with internal controls, risk management, and financial regulations to maintain the Secretariat's integrity.
Manages procurement processes, ensuring value for money and adherence to procurement regulations.
Oversees general administrative functions, ensuring effective coordination and implementation of policies and procedures within the Secretariat.
Responsible for managing human resource functions, including recruitment, training, and employee welfare, to ensure a productive and motivated workforce.
Oversees the operational activities of the Secretariat, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with strategic goals.
